5 nights in Bangkok
5 nights enjoying the sights and tastes of Bangkok. Ramada is centrally located. Easy to get to must see attractions. Asiatique is 10 minute walk. Staff was friendly throughout the facility. Great value for your money.

Nice riverside hotel
Nice riverside location, on walking distance from Asiatique. The hotel shows some signs of wear and tear. Good service, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet may be crowded at times. Shuttle boat service to Sathorn pier, but unfortunately no stop at ICONSIAM.

Good Stay
The rooms are a bit old, but the hotel was great. The staff were super friendly and nice. Location wise it was great, the complimentary boat service was awesome. Yet they over-charged us (like a lot) for breakfast and that kinda a mess.

Really dated and more like a -4 star and definitely not a 5 star hotel (who was hotels.com ranking) Nice view over the river and pool from our room and the terrace at the river was lovely but the service was slow.

The staff was fantastic. Cleanliness was very good. Fantastic location along the river. The wifi was a total mess, logged us out all time and we couldn't use it in our room. Got help from the staff but it didn't help. The pool could have a bit warmer.

Fantastic hotel.
Excellent hotel, friendly, helpful and attentive service. Room is big, bright and clean. Location is closed to river tour boat port. My room had amazing view of the river and city.

Obviously, the river view is amazing. Shuttle to boat pier and BTS station is good. The room was big which was nice. The pool area was nice, too. The furniture is a bit dated as is the old style coffee machine. No body lotion in the bath amenities, and who still needs shower caps?

Great hotel, terrible room
We stayed in the largest suite, the room I think is the most expensive in the hotel or certainly one of the most. Walking in to the room the smell of a sewer hits you. The master bedroom bathroom just smelled awful. So bad it actually woke me up. Also, the hot water didn't work. I had to call maintenance to fix it. Took 20 mins. The hotel itself is lovely and modern. Wonderful dining and spa. If only the room lived up to the rest of the hotel.
