Terrible customer service manager is unprofessiona
I recently had an unfortunate experience during my stay, and I wanted to share my feedback in hopes of improvement. After a long drive with my family of seven, we arrived only to find that the room I had booked was not available. The customer service I encountered was not as helpful as I had hoped, and I felt that my requests for assistance were met with a lack of understanding. When I inquired about being credited for the difference in room rates because I booked through Hotels.com, I was informed that they couldn't assist me.
Additionally, when I asked to speak with the manager about my experience, I felt that the response was dismissive rather than empathetic. All I was looking for was guidance on how we could resolve the situation. After my husband had to step in to help, I was assured that I would receive a full refund, but as of now, I have not received it.
I believe that enhancing communication and customer service training could really benefit future guests. Thank you for considering my feedback.
