Be Fore Warned
We stayed 4 nights and did not have our room cleaned once. When we asked they said first that they only clean every other day but then on the 3rd day they brought us new towels (no shampoo or bars of soap) and when we complained they thought that was not correct and by giving us towels that was sufficient. The attitude of the day staff was not friendly or honest. The continental breakfast was a joke. The management is being very cheap and frugal and is unacceptable for the amount they charge and people need to know this before staying there. There was also 3 homeless people hanging around outside although they caused no issues. We would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

My husband checked in and was given a key to a room that wasn't there. With the next key and room he was given, he opened the door and there was a man already in the room. Not good! The third key was to a room on the far side. He says the room was clean, but the outside was very dirty. The breakfast will consist of cereal or a muffin. We cancelled this hotel for his return trip and won't be coming back. We're not pleased with Travelodge by Wyndam Langley.

Was the most expensive hotel we stayed in all week - and we were in Victoria and Campbell river previously. The room smelled like smoke, the comforter was ripped and very worn. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter, sink and floor. The ceilings had painted over old light fixtures?” that were peeling. It was pretty laughable. Would NOT stay here again.

The room itself was very underwhelming, particularly at almost $300/night - the floors were dirty, bathroom floors even more so, garbage left in bathroom from a previous client, and smelled musty. Would benefit from a thorough top to bottom cleaning & airing out, and updated curtains and bedding.
