Everything was perfect until the check out. The day before we asked for a late checkout. Everyone at the front desk was helpful, polite and perfectly managed our request. We even took the membership immediatly as we travel often to Middle east for business.
The last day, we asked for an extra hour. We knew that the likelihood was very thin and expected a no. But we did not expected the manager would have been so unpolite and arrogant. She was absolutly disagreeable. No hello, no smile, not even looking at us and answering a very short "No", turning her back and leaving the frontdesk, cnosing the door and leaving us speachless. We immediatly asked to cancel our membership as this is not an acceptable behaviour. She can be polite, not atrogant, not dirserepectful and say no to us. We would have been very happy of our stay as every minute was perfect until the very last minute. Unfortunatly, this is the jumeirah hotels' image we'll bring with us to France. Even this does absolutly not reflect the professionnalism, the quality of the personnel who was very nice to us and probably not the quality of service at Jumeirah. Very shor interaction, big negative impact on us. Dommage !
