Hotel was decent. The pool is now operational. When we tried to check out there was no at the front desk. Thankfully we had prepaid so we just left.

the breakfast was eaten up by a work crew and they left little for others. there was one women for the front counter and she was also to manage the breakfast area as well and at the same time! not a great idea at all. simple items to repair, a light bulb in the washroom, a on/off knob on one of the lamps. easy front line repairs that cost little yet don't raise the eyebrows of guests.

Old setting...smelled...pool not open

Renovations of pool area were to be completed by Feb 14th. My stay was 22nd and was informed on arrival that reno still ongoing and would be a miracle if they were complete by March 1st. Was looking forward to enjoy the hot tub so was disappointed. First room I got the heater wouldn’t turn off so it was boiling in there. They graciously moved me to another room that wall thermostat didn’t work so had to adjust heater on heat unit which was ok but it wouldn’t regulate properly. Other guests were having issues with the elevators and once outside the back doors wouldn’t open with the swipe card. So overall wasn’t impressed but rooms were clean with comfortable beds and lots of hotwater for shower. In future would look at another hotel in that area

Good hotel, good price, good service. But... we were not informed about the pool that was closed for maintenance for 2 month. And we booked specially this hotel because of the pool (2 kids with us). So the only thing they could do was watching tv instead of swimming. They were very dissapointed. I wished we were told before, then we could have booked an other hotel.
