Wyndham Garden Guayaquil

The hotel itself was nice, but the service was poor. I tried calling ahead of time to ask about the airport shuttle and they didn't answer. I even had the Wyndham reservation line try, and they couldn't get ahold of anyone at the hotel either. They sent a message that I requested the shuttle, but I never got a response and the shuttle was not at the airport. We had to take a taxi. When we arrived there was nobody at the desk for a couple minutes either.

Nice and quite

We could not sleep until 2 am; there was a party next door! even with karaoke! we called the front desk around 1 am... nothing resolved.... noise lasted until our neighbors passed out we could hear everything... literally... everything - i guess the walls are poorly built

Toso muy bien. Excepto que necesitaba una plancha de ropa y no habia en la habitacion.

Only one person was manning the front desk and it took more than 10 minutes to check-in. Currently, they are not running a shuttle so they arrange a taxi to the airport ($3). I asked the front desk to have a car ready at 9:00 but when I came downstairs, the car was not there. Obviously, he did not arrange one. It took more than 25 minutes for a taxi to arrive so the hotel's proximity to the airport was meaningless. Other than that, my room was very noisy (outside and inside noise). I found two different ppl's hair in bathroom.

It was good, nothing remarcable but good overall, the decoration could be better but it was pretty comfortable.

Excellent location. Across the street from Mall del Sol. 5 minutes away from airport and 15 from city center.

Only three commemts.... No face washclothes, coffee in the room, and no water glasses..... Pther than that.....perfect. Amazing friendly and professinal staff!! Congratulations.

The property was fine, the staff very helpful, and my room was nice and clean, but the mattress in my room was in bad shape.
