Best Western Premier Aberdeen Kamloops

The staff was friendly and professional. Check in was easy and the rooms were sparkling clean. The food from the restaurant was delicious.

I expected better. The grout was dirty and the tub was a bit rusty on the bottom. Good pressure though. When we went to use the Hamilton Beach coffee pod maker, there was a tea bag in it. A creamer was empty - it looked sealed but clearly wasn’t. During times of COVID-19, I expect way more cleanliness and it is clear that they have not stepped up their cleaning routine at all.

I thought I was booking a great hotel but I had a terrible experience. My first rooms TV didn’t work, which the reception did move me to another room so that’s great. When I got in the next room the carpet had stains everywhere, it was so gross I didn’t feel comfortable taking me shoes off. The conditioner dispenser was empty. I found a large spider in the bathtub. Killed that one. Went to bed, woke up at 330, on route to the bathroom found two more spiders. So I left at 4am because I was there for a total of 7 hours and saw three spiders so clearly they aren’t cleaning these rooms well enough. I would never ever go to a 4 points again. I thought for the price and the name of Sheridan I would get something nicer or at the very very minimum, clean.

Awesome stay. Staff very helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Ate dinner at the restaurant delicious food. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

I wasn't given the room that I requested for initially. Although the lady at the front was nice, there seemed to be a lack of effective communication among the staff. The room didn't have any dining menu either. In short, the service overall was not up to the standard.The hotel needs to improve a lot really.

The room was very clean but the one gentlemen at the front desk who helped us check in was very rude when we asked for clarification of the size of the bed in our room. The man who was working the next morning was much friendlier.

Room was tidy, but the pool needs a clean. Overall it was fine.
