Nice holiday home with great views, right by the Kåsefjord which offers good fishing opportunities. The house is a detached house built in 1932, and it was renovated in 2007. From the entrance on the ground floor there is an entrance to the bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle and bath. Here are underfloor heating and washer and dryer. The holiday home is idyllically located by the fjord on a hilly natural plot with a beautiful, spacious terrace of 200 m & # 178 ;. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the fjord, wooded hills and islets. Large, sunny terrace with plenty of space for everyone. The terrace offers good seating, and here is enough space for young and old. You can relax in the sun, or prepare the day's catch on the gas grill. Furthermore, there is an entrance to a pleasant living room with TV and efficient oil fireplace. In addition to the living room, there is a bright and spacious dining room with open, well-equipped kitchen. In the dining area there is a charming, rustic wood stove. From the kitchen there is a patio door out to the 200 m & # 178; large southwest facing terrace. From the entrance there are stairs up to the second floor where you reach a small landing. From here there is access to the three bedrooms. One of them with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be folded into a double, and the last room includes a family bunk with space for three. There are two cots (0-3 years) available, and there is plenty of room for these in 2 of the bedrooms. Thus, the house can accommodate 7 people plus 2 minor children. The house is beautifully situated in a hilly, wooded landscape with only 50 m to the fjord. In Kåsefjorden there are rich fishing opportunities, especially sea trout. The holiday home is located approx. 20 km east of Kristiansand which is the nearest town, and approx. 17 km west of Lillesand which is a classic Norwegian southern village. The area offers varied nature experiences, and the Zoo is located approx. 12 km from the house. There are basic shopping opportunities at the local store approx. 2 km from the house, and a larger grocery store in Rona approx. 13 km from the house. Sørlandsparken 16 km away from the city
