I sent my husband to this hotel as a Father’s Day gift while he was attending an event nearby, and unfortunately, the experience was a letdown.
To start with the positives: he said the front desk staff were friendly and check-in was smooth—no issues there.
However, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The entire room had a bad smell, and the carpet was noticeably dirty and gross. The bathroom light wouldn’t turn off, which made it hard to sleep. The comforter was paper-thin, offering little to no warmth or comfort.
And breakfast? Basically nonexistent—just a box of Ding Dongs. No real options, not even the basics like toast or fruit.
This was supposed to be a relaxing, thoughtful gift, but it ended up being disappointing and not at all worth what we paid. Would not recommend or stay again unless the rooms and amenities get a serious upgrade.
