Hotels.com overbooked the hotel , the front desk staff was completely confused, zero help , the lady at the desk said " I aint's got no's idea what you should do " Her exact words , No way to reach Hotels.com by phone, they make it impossible to find a phone number on their website . I made another reservation on their site and used that. When I chatted with an agent the next day on the website to get credit for the unused room they said they were unable to verify it and then disconnected me, what a shitshow, never again
