Horrible service
I stayed here before the pandemic and it was great. This place has become a total scam since then. They have no staff on premises. The no contact check in is a huge problem. If you arrive after they stop staffing support people and you have an issue you get 0 help. I arrived at 10:30pm to find there was no parking at the hotel due to all spaces being full. It seems like non guests use that parking lot in the snow and since they have no staff on premises parking isn't enforced. I called and texted them multiple times but received no answer until the next morning. I wound up needing to park my car in an unsafe place and worried about it being towed. I also had some issues getting into my room. Had I not been able to resolve that on my own I would have had nowhere to sleep since they don't answer the phone after 9 or 10pm. This is totally insane. Even crappy motel 6s have people to help with issues at any hour. Before you stay here ask yourself how fun it would be to have no help if your check in goes wrong. They're more concerned with saving money on employees than providing good service. I will never stay here again and will tell everyone I know to avoid this place.
