First time visit to Chicago to see family. We usually stay at Hyatt because I know what they provide. I like the spacious rooms, the complimentary breakfast and the indoor pool was a plus. Room was a little outdated, but with the reasonable pricing, overall we would stay here again.

Great location Comfortable beds but Noisy

Sleeping rooms are nice. Beds were very comfortable. All the basics covered including sitting area for watching tv. Great family hotel. I do not recommend for a quiet relaxing stay. Too noisy, kids running up and down hall before 7am with no parental supervision. The room doors do not have a catch and because they are heavy slam and shake neighbors walls.

Staff is super nice and will give you excellent customer service. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable and my 3 night stay was great. Lots of restaurants nearby with a few just a few steps away. All in all great stay!
