Good place to stay and affordable , I had good time and nice breakfast

Liked the service and courteous staff Did not like the room cleanliness and services; rooms too damp; shower not working properly.

Staff did not follow instructions given for guests. Bad customer service. Tacky rooms. Found roaches. Bathroom ceiling leaking. Overall, bad experience. We wanted to pay in cash, they charged the card on false pretext that they will just be placing a hold on card.

Good Hotel, but a bit out of the way in a city well know for its terrible traffic. The service is terrific and all the staff is very attentive. If you drop a fork the new one will be there in seconds. The food was good, the wine by the glass not so good and that and location is my only grip. If its close to where you need to be great, if not ......

Run down and overpriced. Room didn't have the facilities as promised in the reservation. Don't book a Club Room expecting to get access to the Club Lounge - it's shut. Don't be lured by the idea of afternoon tea - it's a toasted sandwich. Don't expect that a deep soak bathtub will actually mean your room has a bath. Oh and don't expect hot water every day.

I have stayed at this property number of times and each was a pleasant stay. The staff is very courteous and friendly especially Mr. Arun Sharma, the duty manager who is extremely customer focused and goes out of his way to ensure the hotel guests are comfortable and satisfied with their stay They have an awesome restaurant and a reasonably good bar. The breakfast is sumptuous

I will never stay there again and recommend not to stay for any person

Average hotel for the price they charge. Very friendly staff and service is good. Above average break fast. Surrounding area is good for foodies.
