Hotel needs updating
Mold along bathroom tub, heavy staining in the carpet, broken fixtures, drapes wouldnt close, faucets didnt work. Going down the hall to our room there was this heavy fishy odor. The hallway smelled like a fish fry.

I was unable to stay even though i made a reservation. My kids were sleepy and cranky and we had to find another place. Staff wasn't helpful or curious at all.👎👎

Something Like a Circus or a Sewer
Filthy. Torn bedsheets and covers. Thought there was dried blood in the bathtub but it turned out to be rust. Sticky bathroom floor. I had to do some remote work but the "desk" chair had spaghetti stains on it. I took a towel from the bathroom to cover the chair...and the towel was wet, folded and sitting on top of the other towels. Sketchy neighborhood with sketchy hotel guests (?) hanging around the front entrance looking for action. This is the worst place we have ever stayed at.

Not Again
We went to Phoenix for 2 days of medical testing. The first night was ok lots of people around it is an extended stay hotel. Most were friendly. Went down to get some drinking cups and the front desk said they were locked up til morning. Next day when we got back to room after dinner was ok. Around 11pm the room next to us started playing music loud yelling in hallway and slamming door. It went on til 1 am when I called down to front desk to ask it stop. The security guard came asked them to be quiet and it did until about 2:30 then it started back up and was still going on at 6am when we got up to leave. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a quiet nice hotel.

When we first arrived, two other groups had been waiting for one hour for reception to check them in; then we were told about all the events that happened at the facility; given a room with one bed when I reserved a room with two beds; the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Possibly the worst hotel ive had. NOT KID FRIENDLY
Smelled like marijuana, window was missing AC unit and had an open hole to the outside, was very cold because it was completely open. BLACK MOLD in shower. I have pictures. We spent the night because i had surgery withon a few hours and went straight to sleep. No time to look for another hotel with my disability. HORRIBLE

I killed a cockroach right before I took a shower. But it was a last minute unexpensive place to spend a night

A lot of issues. Seems to be used also for subsidized living, etc.. not sure. A lot of the residents didn’t seem to be people that would be renting a hotel room. At least at what I was paying. Also, we got an efficiency and they had no utensils, etc to supply and said they didn’t think they could find any. Not sure what’s going on. Will not stay there again.

Spend your money somewhere else
This was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I have stayed at may extended stay hotels and have never encountered the issues I had with this hotel the first room we had had no towels the bathtub was dirty. The TV didn’t work and the smoke detector was beeping so we contacted the desk. they moved us down the hall to another room. However, this room was infested with bedbugs. The bathtub also was dirty and the entire place smelled of cigarettes. The bed was dirty. The towels were dirty and there was a clear crystal substance all over the counters., I went to the store and ended up locked out of my room because the key didn’t work and there was a note that the front seat didn’t open till 7 am. There were 2 other guest sleeping in the lobby for the same reason.not what someone expects when they spend that kind of money for a single nights rest. After no sleep all night I was finally able to get I to my room missing the breakfast and the house keeper went thru the hall banging on every door like it was military or jail. Check n or get out- this stay cost me more than the price listed .

Horrible Hotel & Staff. AVOID STAYING HERE!
Bugs in the room, the couch in the room literally had no cushions. Room had a kitchenette, mold in the refrigerator. Front desk clerk claimed she couldn't help & there weren't any other rooms to move to. We left the property, a week later still haven't received the refund. Had to call AmEx to dispute the charge. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!

Horrible experience
We ran into some problems with the first room, so we tried to call the office immediately once we got in there the phone cord had been taken or missing or whatever could not call the office. We walked down to the office. They offered to give us another room so we said OK. We went to the new room. It was filthy. There was food all over the counter. There was towels on the floor, obviously somebody else had been in there and it had not been cleaned so back down to the room and they said I’m sorry well we don’t have any other room so I don’t know what to tell you and so we got refund and left
