The property was perfectly adequate. The room was clean, as was the lobby and other public areas. I had occasion to use the washer/dryer and it functioned well. The owner is courteous and helpful. The clerk is quiet and not overly interactive. The room rate felt overpriced, but there is not a lot of competition in the area.

Our microwave seemed to be possessed and would randomly beep. I guess that was why it was unplugged. There was no free breakfast at all. I was out running the Cloudsplitter but my wife stayed the whole weekend. Not bad for such a small town.

The only thing I disliked about my stay was the fact that I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before anyone came out of the office to assist me with check in. Typically wouldn't be a big deal for me, but it was in this instance due to needing to get off of a broken foot.

Beds comfortable. TV was satisfactory. Heat and air satisfactory. Bathroom lacked tub safety bars for getting in and out the tub. Lacked hot water for showers on 5-13-23. Lacked rack for hanging clothes! Carpet stained, and in need of replacement or cleaning! We will not use this facility in the future. Thank you Mary Jane Wall

Pubic hairs on sheets, holes in bedspreads, sticky counters, hairdryer missing, no coffee cups for breakfast, no juice, and the only options for breakfast were yogurt and bananas, plus about 4 pre-packaged pastries. No napkins. Asked for more towels and the clerk said the housekeeper would bring them an hour and half later when she got there. Spilled yogurt in the lobby and asked for paper towels to clean it up with, and the clerk said she didn’t have any and sat back down. Someone eventually did a halfway job of cleaning it up and just left it smeared on the floor, creating a bigger slip hazard. Would not recommend.

I’ll start with what was nice about this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. That’s the only nice thing I am fortunate enough that I was only staying one night because the room was awful. I booked a no smoke room, and as soon as I entered the room, I could smell cigarette smoke. I told myself it was just one night, it’ll be fine. But then I saw some other gross things. Our sheets were stained, there was rust marks in the bathroom, and there was mold on the shower curtain. The place wasn’t clean AT ALL. I know that you pay for what you get, but I should at least have a clean room!! The worst part of it was that I thought I was only paying $88, but I was hit with another $50 making my total $138. Which was RIDICULOUS!!! Especially for what I dealt with. I do not recommend staying here unless it’s for one night and you’re on a tight budget.

Hotel was very comfortable, rooms were very clean. Breakfast options were very limited. Overall, this was a very good hotel for a good nights stay. Half of the price of anything else around. Well worth it.

Ok, could have been cleaner.

Staff was friendly, room was clean in that it looked vacuumed, beds were made and bathroom clean. But there was someone's left overs in the fridge, not cool. There were clothes on top of and next to the free standing wardrobe. The beds were comfortable but the room was too small for the recliner jammed between the bed and the wall. Hall way looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed all week.

Terrible.but clean

The room was small and they crammed too much furniture into it. The a/c didn't work well, and the bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The breakfast was almost nothing and not something to our on their post at all as an offering.
