The coldest room I have ever had and temp was very hard to regulate. Toilet didn’t flush properly and I think this was an issue for others as one day we came back to the hotel and there was a plunger sitting IN THE HALL outside the room next to us. Not a good look. Bathroom sink did not drain well either. Bathroom was FREEZING. Also did not like that they charged us $100 up front on our cc in case we purchased incidentals. Charge me when I purchase something.

We came during a bad snow/ice storm but the hotel was on point to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent room condition except for finding a stray hair in the bathtub. Didn’t ruin my experience but thought it should be noted.

Said on Expedia tgey tpok dogs. $50 nonrefundable.! Says they have hot tub. It was filled in and expedia wasnt updated. "Oops". They are a skeleton crew, no amentities and they use "covid" as the excuse. Both staff were very friendly, but if i wanted a clean bed and nice staff id stay at Model 6.

After a huge day we were so glad to have such a clean, welcoming, quiet, and beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend.

It was a lovely stay. Very nice hotel and convenient to everything.

Our room was fine, service was good. But $50 for a pet fee seems excessive, especially for one small, clean dog. If we had known about their pet fee we would have chosen another hotel. Hotels.com should make it very clear on their website/app.

Easy parking and access to hotel. Staff is always nice and helpful. Rooms are nice and perfect for sleeping after being out all day.
