Incredible value for money! Had all the facilities you need with a fantastic restaurant.

Very bad Customer service with Hotel staff at reception having so much attitude. They were very rude especially that Pakistani guy. Will never come back ever again. Excellent CS from that Nepali & Uganda Security guys.

Taxi drivers are not too familiar with this hotel or it’s surrounding area so having google maps ready on mobile helps a lot. The area located around the hotel gives you a perspective of the regular every day Dubai and not just tourist spots. Surrounded by very reasonably priced eateries although some are tastier than others. Great little laundry shop with good prices near by as well (Eco Fresh Laundry). There is a grocery store next to the hotel as well. The hotel is new but great for the price. Is overall nice not perfect as sometimes issues occur with lack of hot water during the day and a tough mattress on bed. The staff is awesome very courteous and makes a great effort to accommodate as much as possible. Readily available on the hotel phone and very quick to assist. Even the security is ready to help guests. Roof top pool is nice but in my opinion needs longer hours in the evening. Burj Khalifa is visible from the entrance as well as some rooms

It was very comfortable & the way you are expecting it. The check in was quick. They do have basement car parking area. The room was so good & everything well organized.

Clean, new and comfortable... No negative remarks.. Got good sleep.... Staffs are polite and helpful... Overall 10**
