The good: Cleanliness, facilities and location. Hotel room is clean and comes with most of the necessary amenities (do bring your own toothbrush as the one in the hotel comes with an extra charge). Views from the various rooms are also great. Hotel provides a free shuttle bus that runs by the hour to Myeong-dong, Insadong and back to the hotel, which makes it very convenient for guests. Hotel is also rather near Dongguk University station, which facilities travel to historial attractions at Anguk. Hotel comes with a gym and pool where guests can use with no extra charge. Areas of improvement: Service level and WiFi connection. Front desk turned a blind eye to queue cutting and indirectly facilitated. Front desk also made little effort to accommodate guest. When guest requested for a different pillow, front desk informed guest to return to the room for the selection and call the front desk to inform them of the selection. When request for a 1 hour delay in checkout was made, multiple staff repeatedly asked guest to check again another day. It was only till staff was informed that guest would be staying for 7 nights was the request immediately granted. WiFi connection was rather spotty in the rooms, with certain areas having no WiFi.

Everything was comfortable and the facilities were clean and nice! One small issue, breakfast was too full, so staff invited people in waves. I'm happy the hotel is busy, but there should be more capacity for breakfast to keep everyone on schedule.

There was lots of staff to help with every problem. All were knowledgeable, friendly and spoke pretty good English. I would stay here every trip to Seoul. I will also recommend it to everyone I work with who all travel extensively.

Hotel was very clean and the staff is very responsive. They apparently dont let the aircon on and the room was very hot.. also it was very noisy with other guests just yelling and running in the halls with kids.

Great hotel with wonderful staff, breakfast is fantastic delivering an amazing choice nothing is too much trouble. The only little negatives is the coffee could be better, as it goes cold standing on the table and the room could do with more draws. But overall our stay was excellent and can't wait to return next year
