Can't wait to go back
Excellent location!!! The hotel is located only a few steps from Piazza San Marco which is very convinient. Our room was very good, spacious. The staff was polite and gave us all the information we needed about Venice. The breakfast which was included was very good. We would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

great Location but facilities are not as good
This hotel is very close to the St. Marks square and Basilica. Literally 50-60 feet. Take a left from the gate and cross a bridge and you are in the square. However, the facilities are not great!!!! We did not have hot water in the morning!! We complained to the front desk but nothing was done. Key to the door did not work almost every day. During our stay for three nights we had to call the front desk every time and they were rude. They used a master key to open. It was a not fun! after walking whole day we came to the room, and wasted 10 minutes trying to open the door. Breakfast was included in our package but they had limited option. They provided, croissants, juice, coffee, cheese, and cold cuts. no toast, no eggs, or meat. The location where the Boat drops you (Alilaguna) from airport is a little far, if you have big suitcase be ready to carry it at least 10 minutes, path is not so good for the wheels of your suitcases and it can break the wheels. I suggest carrrying small suitcases. Do not buy souvenirs from this area, they are expensive, walk far from here to Piazzale Roma and on the way you will find that farther to go from here cheaper things get. There are some good restaurants around. There is a coop near Rialto bridge, its cheaper to buy things like water, snacks, wine. Please use COOP/ grocery stores and avoid buying near the hotels. Its a prime location so everything is expensive! I would stay at this hotel again just due to the location,

As central as it gets
Very nice central location. Rooms clean and nice, but due to central location it can be noisy at nights. Breakfast could use a brush up to reach continental level, but the fresh fruit saved the day. A little bit disappointed when we asked for 2 champagne glasses to enjoy champagne at the room. They didn't have any. Would expect that from any hotel. All in all a nice hotel, if you want to be in the middle of everything.

Bien placé proche place Saint Marc
Le plus: à côté de la place Saint Marc. Personnel sympathique. Le moins : bruit de la rue en journée/ soir, claquement des portes des chambres, le petit déjeuner avec une des salles qui remonte l'odeur des égouts. Le petit déjeuner est moyen avec un pseudo jus d'orange. Chambre assez confortable et salle de bain(douche) minuscule. Le bruit du frigo peut être aussi dérangeant. Mais en effet superbement bien placé.

Two days in Venice
Got there around 3:30pm, then asked directions for gondola ride .Came back, then explored St Mark's and surrounding streets and had dinner at a small resterant.the next day we toured the dodga's house and the church. They were very nice about storing our luggage as we checked out.

Absolut zentral gelegen
Unser Zimmer befand sich in der 4. Etage und befand sich in absolut sauberen Zustand. Das Hotelpersonal war durchweg freundlich und vermittelte uns das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral, direkt am Markusplatz. Wir würden das Hotel immer wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sentralt med hyggelig betjening
Hotellet ligger 10 meter fra San Marco, så stort mer sentralt er det vanskelig å finne. Grei størrelse på hotellrommet med relativt nytt bad med bidet og dusjhjørne. Renholdet var det ikke noe å utsette på. Hyggelig og oppmerksom betjening. Frokost var helt ok. Et rimelig hotell som anbefales. Godt mulig vi velger dette hotellet på nytt neste gang vi drar til Venezia.

Hôtel TRES proche de St Marc
Hôtel vraiment "à coté" de la place, juste derrière la café "Quadri". Certes, la chambre est petite (il y en a de plus grande, mais c'est plus cher..) mais lit en 180 de large, frigo, télévision, salle de bain en marbre. On peut demander un "kit" GRATUIT avec bouilloire, nescafé, thé, etc... Très bon chauffage, très bon confort. Le point moins évident : le petit déjeuner - bien dans son ensemble, avec charcuterie, fromage, croissants, etc... mais "jus de fruit" à déconseiller, sauf si l'on souhaite boire de l'eau avec un vague gout de fruit !! Ensemble du personnel aimable et serviable. C'était notre premier contact (nous sommes en couple) et nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain séjour à Venise. Nota : éviter le café au cafe Quadri, à 11 euro...
