We’re do I start this hotel is not 5* more like 2/3*.
The housekeeping is shocking they do nothing apart from make your bed . No mopping , no sweeping especially to say we still have high covid cases this property is not putting any safety measures in place at all .
The rooms are extremely dated and look nothing like the photos , the Air conditioning doesn’t work .
Staff are so rude and make you feel like your an inconvenience which should not be the case .
18 sun beds in the whole hotel, people Having to Lay on the floor , not acceptable in an 5* hotel .
General manager abrupt , rude and should not run a property , I raised my concerns to the assistant manger while having our stay all they made me feel extremely uncomfortable while I was at dinner they stood and stared at me which is unprofessional, strange and very of putting .
We were not the only ones to complain this property is not a 5* at all .
We booked this property to be wowed and have a personal touch and we was extremely disappointed and unhappy . Management feel a free meal voucher is acceptable when anyone complains. I don’t want anything for nothing by all means but gratitude sympathy and attempt to put all the issues right would be a good start .
