Location, room, restaurant, lounge, gym, customer service, it's a really good hotel, highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay in the Deluxe Suite of the hotel - see photos. The room was clean and mostly silent (the only noises I could hear were from the street, 15 floors below). The hotel is conveniently located near Time Square, just next to the theatres for The Book of Mormon and Chicago.

It’s in the heart of Manhattan. Don’t expect peace and quite but it’s perfectly situated. Very accessible. Nothing to write home about but a simple 4 star at best. Had an issue with my heater and safe but they quickly resolved and allowed late check out. Good recovery so I’m pleased.

I booked a Deluxe king suite for me and my family (4 adults) and the rooms given to us didn't really have much of deluxe - quite the opposite really. The first room was appalling with only 3 plugs working, the bathroom doors not closing properly and a sofa bed that basically had only springs in the mattress. The second room at least had a bathroom door that close, but was very dirty like if it hadn't been dusted in years. Overall a very disappointing stay, you can see this hotel used to be nice but definitely not anymore. There are much better hotels in NY for a better price too.

I stay in NYC hotels on a weekly basis - this is by far the best place to stay in the Times SQ area. Rooms are more spacious, very modern and well appointed, there's a great bar and an excellent restaurant downstairs. Always enjoy my stays here.
