The location is not as convenient as advertised. It’s not a 1-minute walk from Shiomi Station — it’s closer to 5 minutes. That may not sound like much, but after a full day of walking and sightseeing, the extra steps make a difference. Even worse, they claim it’s near Urban Dock LaLaport Toyosu, but it’s actually a 45-minute walk away — completely misleading.
Check-in was another headache. I arrived at 1:30 PM, was told my room was ready, but I’d need to pay 6,000 yen to check in early. Fine, I went out and came back around 5 PM. Despite it being a normal check-in time, there was a wait, and only three staff were working. The staff member helping me was clearly new, nervous, and unsure how to use the card machine. He had to ask his colleagues for help repeatedly. The entire process took 30 minutes.
Here’s a question: if you're willing to charge me 6,000 yen for an extra hour, are you prepared to reimburse me 2,000 yen for the 20 minutes I lost due to your poor staffing and inefficient service? I paid for a room — not to stand around in a hotel lobby watching your staff struggle. A proper check-in should take 10 minutes max. If you insist on monetizing time, that logic should apply both ways.
The room itself was clean and new, but the two twin beds were oddly pushed together despite there being enough space to separate them — defeating the point of choosing twin beds.
Disappointing overall. Poor service, misleading advertising, and frustrating policies.
