Disgusting!
Dirty, disgusting, wet floors, smelt terrible, humid in room, no soap or shampoo in room. Terrible service. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I would NOT recommend!
My stay was 16 days, I stay here about once a year for the last 6 years, gets worse each year from great to terrible now, hotels needs updating and a management upgrade. Property has went down hill drastically, management is terrible. 10 out of my 16 days had partial channels or no TV period, every time it sprinkles TV problems. 12 of my 16 days bad or no internet, when the TV don't work internet problems goes along with it. 4 different days they didn't clean my room, when they did it was terrible, didn't improve after I complained 2 times, the 3rd time it got better. Plumbing problems first 4 days, took 2 trips to the management to get it fixed, after they looked at it the 3th day they had to order a part. Talked to management several times about my issues and they where aware all times of the issues phone, internet etc. Management promised me Marriott points for my problems, over 3 months, no points yet. At one time they even quit answering the phone at the front desk when I would call from my room to tell them of the problems with TV and Internet for several days, had to go to the management to discuss issues. A full refund of my stay would had been in order it was so bad.

I stayed in your Marriott Residence Inn, Parsippany N.J. hotel, room #136 from Saturday, September 2 through Monday, September 4. I booked a reservation for your hotel on 8/24/17 through Hotels.com which advertise your 1bedroom suites with a full kitchen! It’s even pictured as a full kitchen with oven which is the reason why I always book with you guys because I have 2 little ones aged 2 and 4. I arrived at this location minutes after 4pm. I checked in and was given room #136 which is a handicapped room which I NEVER requested I did request ground floor, ONLY because I am a claustrophobic and avoid elevators as much as I can and cannot afford to be going up and down the stairs with 2 little ones. I get to my room and notice this was a handicapped unit and call the front desk. Ms. Maureen N. the desk clerk on duty answers and I ask her why is it that I have a handicapped room which I didn’t request. I now have less furniture no bathtub and NO oven! I tell her that I didn’t request this room why would I get this room and she(Maureen) tells me that they don’t look at the person they give the room to! (which was the most preposterous answer) so I ask her don’t you give handicap rooms to people with special needs? So, your telling me you just give handicapped rooms to anyone without so much as a courtesy call? I did book 9 days prior, I didn’t do a lastminute reservation. Maureen proceeds to tell me that unfortunately they were 100 percent booked and there was nothing she could do
