Room remakes of cigarettes even though we requested non smoking. We had a dog so your basically punished for bringing one and stuck on the smoking floor. They just don’t tell you that when you are booking or check in. The walls were gross! Handprints above the bed....just nasty!

The front desk was very helpful and friendly. They brought my rating way up. The room was not very clean. The flooring was peeling up. The pictures on the website looked to have a couch in the room, but ours had a chair. The desk chair was broken. The worst was that we reserved a non-smoking room and the sign on the door stated it was indeed non-smoking. But the room reeked of smoke. When i got home, my stuff smells like smoke.

My room was very nasty! The bed had hair in it, the toilet had pee on it with no toilet paper on the roll and the chair was put together with a hanger! I asked to change rooms but there were no rooms available. They clerk said she could come clean my room but it would be an hour. I asked for a refund but the manager was gone for the day!

The rooms were nice and conveniently located inside. The refrigerator wasnt clean and the iron was missing. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for one night due to a water main break and loss of water at our home. Floors were very dirty and peeling up. Shower was dirty and had an exposed overflow drain with no cover. My wife and I never felt comfortable walking around without shoes on it was so dirty.

This hotel is a trap house. The walls are dirty, the bed had hair all over it and mold on the sheets, there are A/C units haphazardly stored in the 3rd floor common area. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, there was mold there too. I will never stay here again. I never write reviews but I made it a point to write this one. Avoid at all cost. Staff is super nice but the facility is disgusting.

Overall a very decent hotel. It seamed clean and well cared for would have rated a little better but we did find 2 roaches in the room.

This hotel needs to be removed from hotels.com My room was beyond filthy, from the buckled floors, remnants of extermination ( roaches) Bed lining was stained in multiple areas, bathroom toilet had ring in there which was a sign of it not being cleaned, floor was not cleaned. Room smelled like a smoker just had smoked in there. Had to do a double check. All around disgusting and definitely unsanitary

I was not expecting a 4-star experience, but was disappointed. The lobby area was fine, but when exiting the elevator I was hit with the stale stinch of cigarette smoke in the hallway enroute to my room. The floor in the room was filthy leaving our feet black after showering.
