It is old-school luxury and that's why I love this hotel. The room is very spacious, quiet (even though fronting a main road), with nice gym and spa. Connectivity is good too - I can walk to the monorail, LRT and MRT, all within easy reach. Definitely recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton for my mum's birthday - they even surprised her with a slice of cake when we ordered room service. Room service food was a bit of a letdown (the steak and lamb chops were under seasoned and quite tasteless) but breakfast buffet was wonderful. Would definitely come back for the service and comfort provided.

We love the huge room size and the design of the room. Although during the stay, we found the rooms were not supplied with face towels and one of the room’s bathroom sink stopper did not work, but these are quickly resolved by the hotel.

Very old hotel in a very good location service was lacking and hotel needs renovation. Was given a smoking room which had to be changed. Baby cot had chewing gum stuck to it which my child put his mouth on. Ants and insects in the room. Breakfast was very average and the juice lady didn't feel like serving us any of the 6 days we were there

Check in and out is very slow, rooms are big but bathroom is old, broken sink glue together , ants running around, shower room floor is very slippery with no handles to hold on if you fall, only provide one face towel and one medium towel every day but three bath towels, food in the executive lounge is very bad, not fresh! I would rate it a three star hotel! Public bathroom in the lobby is very dirty!

Rooms are very nice. Modern, clean and spacious. Gym is very good. The breakfast i average and nothing more. By Asian standards the quality is just not good enough. Pool area is in a very poor condition. A great disappointment. We liked the location.
