Our reserved and paid for rooms were given to other people before we arrived. We had to sleep 6 adults in 2 beds. Breakfast was mediocre. Would not stay here again.

I paid twice for accommodation and no one resolves the situation! I have already sent a message on the Hotels.com platform and to the hotel and no one answers me and no one resolves the issue. This is absurd! Is this how a platform like Hotels.com and Hotel La Quinta treat their customers?
