The staff were absolutely incredible, we were checked in earlier than 3pm which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was clean, very beautiful and the space was used very well. It felt like a home away from home, while I was here on a business trip. Whilst I didn't get to use the pool, i did pop up to see it in the morning and it had such a great view. The gym is small and over 2 levels, but very adequate for a traveller to use. There's also some great art all over the hotel, and the batik pattern robes inside the room are a lovely touch.

Very good service on all levels Fantastic location (just next to Raffles place) Negative part was that there were some construction works for the external walls of the hotel and it was not specified in the website or here Breakfast range could be better However I definitely recommend it as it was good value for this money and should be very nice after construction is over

Thatcha and Kaverha made our stay excellent, they were so friendly and helpful as well Thatcha allowed us to book into our room early. Another great stay at Naumi Singapore. Great location for downtown but has a real peaceful feel to it. The staff are always very helpful and Francis on the front desk was particularly helpful on tbis stay.
