Ils ont une politique d’arnaques, à l’arrivée après avoir payé mon séjour, ils m’ont débité de 500£ en caution, montant qui devait être remboursé 14 jours après mon départ et ça fait 6 semaines et je peine à récupérer mon argent or aucun incidents n’a eu lieu. Après plusieurs mails, ils me répondent à chaque fois on va faire le remboursement ou ils ont eu un problème informatique, mais ils me font tourner. Je vais porter plainte pour vol contre eux.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, STAY AWAY
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE.
I have no words to describe how terrible my experience was at Kentish Town Apartments. Upon a pre-agreed arrival time, we were told to wait a firther 30 minutes while the apartment was being cleaned. Fine. When we finally got access to the apartment, we realised the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. Toilets were disgusting, kitchen and cutlery was dirty and there was even dirty laundry on the floor of the main bedroom! The WiFi did not work and consequently the TV did not work either. Even with all these problems we decided to stay the night as we had nowhere else to go. The next day we realised there was no hot water in the taps and the property had still not provided ANY TOILET PAPER. ON THE SECOND DAY. Attempts to get hold of the property were fruitless. Eventually they sent a cleaner round where a shouting match ensued due to our frustrations. The cleaner then called the cops and asked for us to be removed. The cops had no eviction notice and left accordingly, however we decided to leave and never come back as the property was not suitable to live in and the agents handling it were incompetent and could not give a damn. Ruined my holiday in London and I would advise everyone to STAY AWAY. Hotels.com should remove this property from its listing as soon as possible.
P.S at time of writing this review, I have still not yet received my security deposit back from the property. It has been 2 weeks since I left.

Apartment great
The apartament is great, location is near subway, bus and CamdenTown. Just need a improve WiFi properly doesn’t work very well.
