It was great!

A very noisy place to stay, as right near a bar. Room had a bad odour. Very bad vibes here

I was waked up by the housekeeping who knocked my door at 8:40 AM and he even tried to open the door with his key.I think they could check with reception if they guests already checked out. I waited 40 minutes to check in as the only staff at the reception was interviewed by a filming group. The good thing is they offer hand sanitizer.

Lack of sleep noise all round people screaming all hours of the night cars screeching. Car crash just outside of the hotel woke up to the building shaking very scary.

Very central to main part of Alice and shops and Todd Mall

The LOUD music didn’t stop till 2am, right next to the window. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke that nearly knocked your head off on opening the door. Had to have all noisy windows open for an hour just to breathe. Seriously unsecure neighbourhood, I should have twigged when I arrived at dusk and saw the owner closing and padlocking BIG gates on all the entrances/exits. Don’t even think of going outside after dusk. I wanted to stay in Alice a second night and the rude proprietor scoffed and laughed I had no hope. Within 2 minutes on the Hotels.com app I found a villa at Desert Palms accross town. It’s right behind a pub, this is the sort of place you book when you know you’re going to be too drunk to walk or drive. It’s bargain basement price so I suppose you get what you pay for.

Room was clean. Good sized bathroom. No milk or jug for water.

So much noise til2am..... people partying til 2 on veranda & roadside 2 rooms up from us!!! I told reception on departure but they were not sypamthic Stating we have no control over road noise!!! This was on the premises, sadly lost a customer

The reception staff were very helpful and moved my room due to unruly people a few rooms up from mine. Nothing is ever a problem at this hotel
