I would like to formally complain and request a full refund. The hotel was disgusting! Our room was in the basement with a small window with obscured glass that you couldn't see out of or get out of! The door handle was falling off and wasnt safe or secure at all! The room was cold, dark, claustrophobic and dirty. The beds had one thin sheet and one very thin blanket, which was not sufficient to keep myself or my daughter warm through the night. The en suite was dirty and had urine stains on the toilet and the floor. All in all, the place felt unsafe, dirty and unfit for humans to sleep in. We checked out within an hour of checking in! There was no way we could sleep there. This meant we had to drive home, meaning we lost lots of money on the museum I'd booked for the next morning, and the car parking for 2 days. My daughter was devastated that we had to leave, as am I. Overall, a terrible experience and i want a full refund as soon as possible please? This picture is what i thought i was getting, the next picture is what i actually got!

This hotel works if you're planning to spend as little time there as possible. The service is OK. The room is very small, the TV is useless and the bathroom is low standard, with entrance through a wardrobe-type door.

This hotel is standard and the location is super nice. However the room is definitely quite small, a bit smaller than we expected. the building itself is very old, and not renovated that much so the hotel is a mix of charming and gross. The bathroom is small aswell and literally is inside of a closet. There was a balcony in our room, but it was permanently closed and there was a note saying to keep it closed at all times. This sucked, as the balcony wouldve made the room 100 times better and the room would feel much larger, but we concluded it was probably hazardous or something. There was room service everyday around 12pm, then you can get new towels and they will do a quick cleanup of the bathroom. The Lady whom we first met at the front desk for check-in was not very nice, but there were different staff throughout the day and night. The best thing about this hotel is definetly the location, its such a nice and calm area with beautiful buildings and older city architechture. The bus is also close by, so is several larger streets with Tesco Express and other shops and restaurants. Its also super close to Hyde Park, which is amazing. All in all the hotel is nothing to brag about, its OK and you get what you pay for. However if I went to London again I Would probably invest more in a slightly nicer hotel.

Good price for the location. In a quiet area so a good night's sleep was no problem but was central enough with plenty shops and restaurants within a 5 minite walk. Its seen better days and could maybe do with a bit of a refurbishment, however it was clean enough.

O Wedgewood fica num pequeno conjunto de edifícios neoclássicos de meados do século 19, a poucos minutos das estações de Bayswater e Queensway. Esses conjuntos da Prince's Square e Leinster são hoje em grande medida ocupado por pequenos hotéis como o Wedgewood. Há excelentes pubs e restaurantes na redondeza -- inclusive os de Notting Hill -- além, é claro, do Hyde Park. O pessoal é prestimoso e simpático. As acomodações são pequenas, mas confortáveis e bem limpas. Talvez merecesse alguma manutenção a mais no mobiliário e atenção ao layout que, em todo caso, ainda resulta numa ambiência aconchegante.

Rigtigt typisk engelsk London hotel. Beliggende i rolige omgivelser, men nær butikker og spisesteder. Et lille værelse, men meget rent og pænt. Skønneste udsigt ud i den dejligste have, men som desværre var privat og ikke kunne benyttes. Vinduet måtte/kunne ikke åbnes. Det var ok,da det var forår, men en sommerdag ville det nok være dejligt at kunne få luft ind. Fik gjort rent hver dag og skiftet håndklæder mv. Venligt personale i receptionen, som var bemandet døgnet rundt. Tæt ved Bayswarter og Quiensway undergrund station

Bodde 3 nätter i ett dubbelrum och rummet var bra för mig och min kompis. Liten toa men vi fick plats. Bekväm säng, fin utsikt mot en park. Små korridorer men fanns hiss om man inte orkade ta trapporna. De var hjälpsamma i receptionen och hotellet låg med gångavstånd till Notting Hill och tunnelbana. 2 byten bort och man var vid Oxford Street. Vi använde oss också av Uber och taxi vilket inte var dyrt. Vi tog en promenad till Oxford Street en av dagarna och det tog inte alls lång tid så jag tyckte hotellet hade bra läge. Rekommenderar!

A good price, but room very dated and in need of repair. Walls/floors very thin so I could hear my upstairs neighbour banging wardrobes and wheeling their case at 6am. Bathroom was tiny and shower reminded me of school changing rooms.

Awful experience with the staff and the management. The heater in my room made a loud noise throughout the night, which woke me up three times. I reached out to the night shift staff for assistance, only to be informed that no maintenance personnel were available and that I would have to wait until the morning. The only solution offered was to turn off the heater, leaving me without proper heating overnight. The heater was never fixed the following day, despite my request. I requested a room change, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was informed that they only work in the morning and do not handle emergency matters. I was then instructed to submit my complaint via email..
