We had a great time at this hotel, our welcome and check in was great, our room was lovely, clean spacious quiet everything we needed, location is fabulous, our check out again was great it was the same person as check in(I think his name is umar) sorry if that's wrong) they kept our luggage until it was time for our flight. Will definitely recomend to friends and family thank you

Small rooms but cheap well located, clean and comfy

Bed was terrible. If it was an actual twin bed I would have been fine but the bed was a twin mattress on what looked like a coffee table. Very uncomfortable and every time I moved the mattress slide around on said table. Other than that everything was as expected.

Very tired communal areas as well as the rooms. That said, staff were lovely, the bedding and towels were new and the beds mattresses were of very good quality. It was quiet and we slept well. Location is also good.

Josh and Kay, and the others at the front desk are very friendly and professional. They provided great recommendations for breakfast places, restaurants and groceries and helped to get my room on the quiet side of the hotel. There were a couple of insects in the room that I got rid of. The housekeeping staff came in daily to refresh towels (really good quality), make the bed and empty the trash. The room was very small, but I suppose for the price that is what you get in NYC. The complimentary internet connection was slow and spotty at times. The elevator was under maintenance for a couple of days so we had to use the stairs. That said, I would come back as the hotel is well placed near Hell's Kitchen, Central Park and the theater district and the staff is amiable and helpful.
