Grand Tikal Futura Hotel

Overall this hotel met my expectations of what a hotel should look like. However that was only by it’s interior. The pool was closed which was extremely disappointing since that was the part we were looking forward to the most. For that alone I would’ve left and went somewhere else but since I had already paid then my stay was almost in controvert.

Beautiful hotel, great amenities! The personnel was attentive & professional. Great service. The food was delicious! Great variety as well, in a pleasant atmosphere at the restaurant. The personnel at the restaurant were friendly and eager to serve and accommodating. Room service... I wish it was available in later hours and that they offered vegetarian/vegan options. My trip was during C-19, restaurant hours were limited, minimal occupancy of hotel as well (always a good thing) temp check every time you walk in. Cleaning personnel around. I felt safe. I will definitely come back since the location works great!

The Hotel was pretty clean, all the staff (except some of the front desk ladies) were extremely friendly. Security, cleaning staff were amazing. Internet is not great, a bit unstable, but manageable.

This hotel did not let my kids go in the pool because they did not have the proper Swimsuit

Worst stay EVER! RUDE RUDE RUDE! No customer service at all. Front desk staff horrible. And found a baby cockroach on my bed. Do not stay here

Super clean hotel, very friendly personnel! This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and I’m always impressed with the service they provide!

Restaurant refused to let me enter wearing flip flops. I had to change shoes. Others came in with flip flops, open Sandals, etc. and didn’t have to change. They should post a clear rule about what is permitted.

The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is generally helpful but some of the guys helping with the luggage acted uninterested and careless, unhelpful

I like everything , It's the hotel I stay most of the time. I like the mall at the same place.
