Anthony at the lobby bar was super nice. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Sadly it was Saturday night and there was a big football game on with 8 of us at the bar and he had to close at 10. Felt more like a Motel than a 3 star. Elevator and hallways were dirty. Room was ok. The first room was cramped, asked the front desk if we could upgrade to a suite but couldn't because we booked through this app even thoughwe have Hilton honors, however they were able to accommodate us in a bit of a better room on the 3rd floor. Overall, just did not feel like a 3 star.
