Boulders Resort & Spa, Curio Collection by Hilton, สกอตส์เดล

Had a very nice stay here. Room was very clean and modern. Property is kept very well. Service was good. The only problem we had was with the wifi and ability to access it. Not sure why it was not connecting.

I was overbilled and need to catch and clear up the problem. My room wasn't cleaned one day. They didn't have the cable I needed to use the TV/computer connective service. I was stung by a scorpion in my bed! And the Mexican restaurant connected with the resort isn't good. Also, the food portions at the spa cafe are tiny and the prices are very high.

Going through Hotels.com was not a great experience. We were first charged twice and then we were told we had two king beds, but there was one king bed and two double beds. The charges that The Boulders had did not match up with the charges that were made by Hotels.com (aka Expedia I was told by The Boulders). So The Boulders is partly to blame since Hotels.com (Expedia) is the 3rd party we were dealing with, The Boulders should convey to the 3rd party details about the property. The bedcover on our king bed had dried, bloody snot on the underside that was NOT ours! It was a good location though. I would like to go back to Boulders Spa Curio Collection in Carefree AZ, but would book and do things a lot differently!!

Such a great resort! Wonderful rooms set up as casitas! Beautiful views and hiking trails. We had a great stay! I would definitely return.

My sister and I enjoyed the resort very much. The fireplace in the casita was a nice addition. The beds were very comfortable. The staff from check in, bell staff, food service staff and spa cafe were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and easy to get around. The only negative is that it is pretty far in proximity to off property restaurants and activities. We would definitely stay there again or recommend to others.
