We were unable to turn heat off and it was 80 degrees everyday.
Bunk bed was not upto standards, I think it was super old .
No one picked up the phone at Hyatt to get us a shuttle .
No Hyatt points as the room was booked via Expedia, they did not seem to happy booking via Expedia

The front desk was super helpful, and went out of their way to help us out! The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and the complex was well kept. We really enjoyed our unit.
No Air conditioning and our unit was 94° inside the entire time we stayed there. So no sleep for two nights and had to keep all the doors and windows open whenever we were insideâĶ Which actually didnât do anything anyway. I actually cannot believe itâs legal to rent this place in such conditionsâĶ It was absolutely unbearable. I would only stay here again in the fall or winter, as summer is completely unlivable. 94°!!!!
They didn't have reservation information from Expedia. Had to wait for a while to figure out that I had reserved and paid and showed them my correspondence from Expedia which smoothed everything out otherwise they weren't able to find a single thing showing I had paid. They were nice about trying to get it resolved. Kitchen area on first floor had a very strong sewage smell otherwise good property and area. Door needed to be lifted to lock. Would not have been possible to lock door for anyone without ability to put brute force. Would be very good stay if those issues were addressed.
Property was pleasant, nothing spectacular. was well kept and had some updates. However, the best part of the entire stay was the staff. Amazingly accommodating. Stacy (I think) who was in charge of the residences went out of her way to amend the reservation so we could stay an extra night which was not possible through expedia. All other staff always friendly and accomodating as well.
