This place was terrible in every possible way. I ended up booking at another motel across the street

We stayed here just this Sunday(12/27/2020),we availed there park and fly and shuttle service to the airport and we paid $60 for the parking plus the hotel accomodation. We had a very disappointing experience, the front desk told us that they gonna drive us to the airport at 5am of Monday and actually have a wake up call at 4am.At 5am,the lobby is closed,no lights open, the front desk/operator is no to avail..we keep on calling but no one is there..we keep on knocking the lobby door but no one is there..the sad part we were not able to catch our flight to Oackland,CA..paid another parking fee at the airport, the tension and hustle of running and rushing more so that we have a kid..and the supposedly direct flight of just 2hrs went to freaking 7hr-flight with stop over in Nevada..we were not able to do our appointments..everything was a messed. We keep on calling the operator /front desk of this hotel but no one is picking up...very terrible.

Horrible, dirty room with no towels or no door lock..horrible place to stay, never again.

2/10 Poor

No towels in the rooms, no soaps, shampoos, or anything. One pillow and one that barely classified as a pillow. No cable and almost nothing to watch on tv. Sat in an empty lobby for 15 minutes before someone came to the desk to help me. This was by far the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Nothing good to say.

The check in s, taff (Daniel) was very friendly. However the property was run down (toilet took 20 minutes or more to refill, broken lamp, lost tv remote, other guest fighting loudly. I had my grandchild with me, I would not suggest this motel for families

Stay away

We checked in even with some concerns. Went to our room and it was dirty and smelled terrible. The parking lot had cars that looked abandoned and garbage laying around. The employees and manager didn't have a mask on and the manager was having problems with kids hanging around. We asked for a refund and found a new hotel.

The property is pretty run down. When I arrived the door to the room wasn’t latched , the deadbolt lock didn’t work , there was no face to the shower head so it was either a jet stream or dibbling mist coming out of the shower. the tv had 5 Channels only two were worth watching . The heater/ ac unit it smelled like urine when it was turned on . Wouldn’t recommend this hotel , I wouldn’t stay there again

First room door didn't lock. 2nd room bathroom carpet soggy wet (plumbing leak?) and no smoke detector. 3rd room better but cleaned poorly (coffee from previous guest still in pot). drug deals in parking lot.

Lots of damage in the room. Had a cigarette smell

Check in was quick. The attendant had a face mask but didn’t use it although the sign said they are required. The curtains covering the window appear new and block the light well. Our room was quiet. That’s about all the good. There were no towels in our room. There was a used band aid stuck to the carpet. The ruts on the mattress were so bad, it was like there was a mountain in the center of the bed. There were four fuzzy channels on the TV. Free WiFi but not accessible from our room - too far from the source to connect

Very dirty, accommodating staff but the place was old and in disrepair. In our first room the bathtub would not shut off so they gave us another room. It was somewhat clean, had no trash can. Thin walls and old.

Room and bathroom not good old stuff, no breakfast offered, brownout twice during the night.

The room was terrible, bathroom was disgusting, toilet seat had bathroom stains, there were hairs in the towel, blankets. Doesn’t seem like they are taking any precautions for COVID

Nothing was unique. It was filthy, not kept up, the TV didn't work. The walkways was stained, littered with cigarette butts. I could go on and on.

Do not go here!

This hotel is not Safe at all! Black mold in the showers, fan/ heaters, blood stained sheets, dirty sheets, blood stained floors, dirty towels, microwave and refrigerator plugged into extensions cords, the electrical outlet behind my bed had copper sticking out. There isn’t a battery in the smoke detector. This places is a major health and fire hazard.

The only good thing about this place was the location to where I needed to go on Third St.
Pam, 1-night trip

This hotel is very dirty, and in poor condition. There was also lots of obviously drugged up people walking around the property at all times. I also scheduled and payed to use their hotel to airport shuttle service. My girlfriend and I had an early flight, and were told the shuttle would be ready to go at 5am. At 5:15 we cut our losses and went with Uber. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel.

First of the picture are false advertising! The place looks nothing like the picture. It is nastiest place I have ever been to! Black mold on the shower walls missing fire alarms, toilets don’t flush, stains all over bedding, floor, and stuff all over the wall. Leaking tubes. Furniture have chips on everything. Half the outlets don’t work in your room. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Prostitution, and no towels

Got checked in, and went up to our room. The room was maybe half cleaned? Dirty towels were shoved in a corner, and found a needle cap on the ground along with other garbage. Went down to ask either to have it cleaned, or switch rooms. We switched rooms. The next room was cleaner, but there was no towels. I went down to the front desk, and asked the lady for some towels, and said I would be back in about 5 minutes. Went back and no towels. I had somewhere to go and had to leave. I got back late, and decided to get some towels the next morning. I went down to the front desk, and the lady who checked us in the day before was clearly on meth one of the housekeepers was next to her. I said there is no towels in our room can we please get a couple. She looked at the housekeeper, and asked if she had towels, and she said no. I gave up, and went and bought a towel in town. This motel is full of hookers, drug addicts, and shady people. Never will I ever stay here again for the price that we paid for the 2 nights we were there.

My friend and I stayed there. Both of us had door locks which didn't always work and my friends really needs work. My coffee pot was missing inside basket. The towel rack was missing. The bed spreads needed to be cleaned as they were soiled. There was a throw pillow in my room which was also soiled. The light cover was missing from my friends bathroom light which could cause a problem. The motel rents out weekly or monthly to individuals and their dogs. One man said they have lived there for three years. This might be one motel choice hotels might want to drop. They also charged me three times instead of two and I am working on that.

This is trash, not hotel. Dirt, stink and falling apart the hotel structure.

Things were falling apart. Customer service wasn’t hospitable. Found bugs in sheets. Smoke detector wasn’t hooked up.
