My daughters out patient surgery at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital turned into a serious situation requiring her to be admitted and spend the night, I needed to find a close Hotel for the night. I had to check in late with no luggage or toiletries. The staff was very kind and compassionate and upgraded me to a suite, provided me with complementary toothpaste, toothbrush and mouthwash and helped make a very stressful situation easier to deal with. The room was clean and quite and the staff couldn't have been kinder.

I was there for 3 nights when my son got stationed in Norfolk, it's about 15 minutes from the Naval base and it was a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, the employees were very friendly. I had a late check in, called beforehand and zero problems, very considerate. It was well worth the price.

Very calm area, staff was great! Easy access to fast food places you could walk to them which was very convenient.

The check in was quick and the lady at the counter was great. Everyone seemed clean and friendly. Ice machines seemed to be in convient places. Bathroom needs some help. I flushed the toilet and the drain in the tun made weird noises. Price could have been lower for the room I received

I have family in Portsmouth, but I'd rather stay here in Olde Town. Check in is very easy, very comfortable rooms. Near important roads. Always clean and comfortable. And even though hot foods are not being served due to Covid-1, what is being served is satisfactory.

The hotel was very dirty. There was hair from past guests in the bathroom everywhere, the carpet was sticky and dirty. I had to wear shoes everywhere in the room, if not my feet were black. Also, the pillow cases had hair on them along with stained bed sheets.
