A bit crowded but the management and staff is experienced and good

To be fair it was Christmas ev. It was overcrowded and service was poor and slow. Upon arrival we had to bring our own bags into our room.

We LOVE the pool! It's beautiful & the lifeguards are very vigilant. We saw one of them do a lightning dive into the water the instant he saw a child in trouble. It's great that they have a separate, well-equipped pool for the kids! The breakfast is super, even in these COVID times, especially the local dishes. It was heartening to see the hotel manager slaving away, serving at the buffet line during busy breakfast hours. The bread pudding is scrumptious. We dined at the Italian restaurant several times and enjoyed it every time. The portions were generous. We live just half an hour away near George Town, but we go to this hotel when we want to be pampered in a delightful setting. And we'll certainly bring any and all off-island visitors to this hotel and join them!

Fantastic hotel. Staff all go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Breakfast buffet very good. If I could make one suggestion it would be to keep hot food near the cooking station on a heated surface so it stayed hot. Very comfortable beds and room well appointed. Will not stay any where else from now on when I visit Penang. Nice to see temperatures diligently checked when ever you came back into hotel lobby from being outside the premises. Food was very reasonably priced in the hotel restaurant near lobby. I did not try the other restaurant.

Staff amazing great location great facility and room amazing ocean view highly recommended

We had a fabulous one week stay. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The gardens were lovely with a nice pool area. The hotel gardens led straight onto the sandy beach and we took a walk along the beach every morning. Only one disappointment, which was outside the control of the hotel was the warning of jellyfish in the sea. That rather deterred us from swimming in the sea.

Very nice and clean hotel, nice breakfast selection... Outside the resort during the day is a bit different but at night perfect start into the Batu Ferringhi night market

It was an amazing stayed especially the housekeeping for 7th floor Miss Mazaine very friendly and helpful personality and all around hotel were fantastic

location was great and clean ,the room size was good and the staff were friendly

I like the service and the position of the resort with friendly staff with the waiter on their bike for drinks and food was different, great entertainment at night in the lounge area. The beach is not inviting as the water is very murky as I am used the clear blue water.
