The lobby was nicely decorated and welcoming. The people at the front desk were friendly, saying hello each time we passed. Room was a typical hotel room; the bed was comfortable and pillows plump. The shower was a walk-in. The only annoyance was having to hold the handle down for awhile for it to completely empty.
The hotel had a few restaurants and bars. One restaurant was Japanese, and the other was a brick oven pizza place where we ate twice because we liked it so much.
Now, the hotel has an indoor pool, as well as, outdoor, but it’s October, so outdoor was closed. Anyway, the indoor pool and jacuzzi were accessible until 10 p.m. Dilemma - where’s the jacuzzi? We looked all over, and finally asked the person taking care of towels by the pool. He told us that the pool was the jacuzzi. Well, the pool is not heated, so I passed. My husband was brave though; he stayed in for about ten minutes :)
Biggest complaint - we could hear clearly every word, conversation, swearing, laughing, etc, coming from the hallway. It was as if the other guests were in our room. We didn’t hear anything through the walls, just what was coming from the hallway.
All in all, we liked the hotel, the staff, and the food, and we would return.
