Quinta Real Guadalajara

Clean, comfortable....great service! The Front Door men were exceptional when helping me each time with my walker! Room service was prompt! The Tuesday night Bartender went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time! Love the Mexican ambiance!

We stayed in this particular hotel chain before in Mexico and I’ve always had a great experience. Unfortunately this particular location is not as clean as the other locations everything else is great

I love this hotel....it’s simply the best in Guadalajara....staff, rooms, hospitality...all outstanding.

It felt like home . I didn't like that the deluxe suites were not available to us .

The grounds are nicely kept. It has a good boutique feel. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The beds are horrible! This is something I’ve experienced in many Mexican hotels that are not part of an American Chaim hotel system. I travel to Mexico often and can say that lower end hotels have softer and more plush bedding than this hotel. Otherwise the stay was fabulous. However wouldn’t stay again because of bedding.

The properly makes you feel like you’re in an oasis, not in the middle of the city

Art inside the hotel is amazing, the gardenia and restaurant are súper nice as well

Beautiful architecturally, great location and the staff was amazing. Although very comfortable, our room was a little dated (carpeted floor was a negative for us).
