Dilapidated room (wire sticking out of pull out bed) HVAC noise all day and night. Clumps of hair in the cloudy unsanitary pool. NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Property was just ok. Overall hallway and Room lighting was dark. Switches on walls did nothing. Faucets in kitchenette and bathroom were temperamental meaning had to be positioned just right to turn off

Would have gave 5 stars but.
The front staff was very friendly and welcoming especially the late night young lady. But the kitchen staff was the cause of 4 stars, if it was based on them I would give 0 stars. Saturday breakfast ends at 11. Mind you this is a paid amenity. Went to get breakfast at 9:50 was told we would not make us food, and we could eat what they had, which was 1 sausage between 2 adults, some eggs, and potatoes. Nothing to drink cereal with no milk. As they stood at the bar laughing amongst each other. If it was free and not an added fee, I might feel different. But actual front staff, thank you!!!

The checking clerk was very abrumpt in giving answers. The dining room was horrible. We sat for over 30 min. With no service. They were preparing one meal at a time and we were told there was 15 meals ahead of us. We had to leave the premises to eat. The toilet seat was ready to fall off, very loose, safety hazard. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

A little janky, but nice overall!
If you don’t look at the walls and door frames, the hotel is very nice. They have rusted metal everywhere around the pool and molded places on the walls throughout. However, the room was clean, the pool and hot tub are large, the staff is friendly. The breakfast portions are tiny, but the food is delicious. The pool is freezing. The kids still swam in it but it was too cold for most of the adults. The pool was stocked with tons of fresh towels. There were lots of housekeeping carts spread out, which did make it hard to get around with all of our bags. It was only a few minutes drive to the zoo and many other places. The dog park is very large with provided bags and trash can. Unfortunately, not everyone picks up their dog’s mess, so be careful where you walk! Overall, we will likely stay here again the next time we come through OKC!
