Well got to the room it was freezing. Had to put the heat to 90. Noticed in one window it woukd not close all the way. A half inch gap. Told front desk.......ohhh sorry we will comp you parking. No change room nothing. I had to put a towel in the gap and a pillow up against it to try and help with the draft

Booked for daughters 20th for her and a friend so they didn’t have to worry about taxi or anything close to where they where going couple blocks. Night turned wrong from club and someone drove to find them. Security and staff at hotel didn’t let individual up to see but followed all the right direction and protocols and followed up.

Downtown Stay
This was an overnight stay to attend an NHL game. Location and access to the arena was close and smooth. Free covered parking and a nice choice of breakfast. The staff are all friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would consider this hotel for future overnight visits.

A great place to stay.
Well located, very close to the tram stop, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is close to places to eat and shop. The staff are very friendly and helpful and actually upgraded my room to a suite. The suite was very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was included in the rate which was more affordable than other hotels.

The staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast was standard but good with decent options. The place was clean. I arrived after dark and was nervous about the parking lot as it backed into an alley and no security to be seen. I would not recommend parking behind the property if arriving after dark as there's no out front parking lot. I cannot rate this property more than 3/5, and would probably rate lower based on my room experience. The online information said that my room selection was "soundproofed". That is definitely not correct. My balcony room faced the street and it was quite noisy. It sounded like a window was opened, even after putting in ear plugs. All night the sounds of the train, traffic and ambulances or emergency vehicles could be heard. I did not sleep at all. The next morning, I let the front staff know and while friendly I was advised that the property is downtown, as though I should have known this should have been expected. So I chose to check out. I tried to see if I could get a refund for one night through Expedia as I'd booked for 2 nights. I let the hotel know this. They said I couldn't because I'd prepaid and if you prepay it's not possible. To Expedia's credit they tried to work with the hotel but the hotel would not budge. I felt that at least they would refund one night given they didn't live up to their website comment of being sound proof and given I'd only stayed 1 night. The area is a bit sketchy from my observations that day.
