Fiquei pouco tempo no hotel porque estava só de passagem, mas adorei! A equipe é bem treinada e todos foram bastante solícitos durante a minha estadia. O hotel tem boas instalações e oferece conforto. O café da manhã tem muitas opções de comidas e bebidas. E acontecem algumas atividades durante o dia. Fiz até uma aula de yoga! A praia em frente também é muito bonita, só é necessário tomar cuidado com as pedras no mar.

Excelente local, perto de Fortaleza, boa estrutura e atendimento impecável principalmente no restaurante. Perto do agradável encontro do rio com o mar. Ponto fraco: WiFi. Não pega em todo lugar, sinal ruim e velocidade pessima. Num hotel deste nível isso é inadmissível. Trabalhei de lá na sexta e tive dificuldades nas reuniões, mesmo com hotel vazio.

Hotel com boa infraestrutura com preços razoável
Vamos começar pelos pontos fortes e depois pelas fracos: Pontos fortes: (i) atendimento, (ii) limpeza da área da piscina, restaurante, grama. (iii) cortesia dos funcionários; (iv) café da manhã excelente com variedades e qualidade; estacionamento coberto e com pavimentação ideal; (v) estrutura do restaurante excelente; (vi) opção de lazer para crianças e adultos de bom gosto; Ponto fracos: (i) Não tem sentido oferecer apartamento com e sem varanda, pois os sem varandas perecem uns “poleiros”; (ii) comida razoável e com preços muito elevados se comparamos com alguns excelentes restaurantes da cidade de Fortaleza; (iii) chuveiro do banheiro do quarto que começa funcionando com água morna e depois não mais funciona: (iv) fechadura da aporta que dá acesso as piscina enferrujadas por falta de manutenção bastando usar com frequência um “wb40”; (v) lâmpadas queimadas na varanda do apartamento dificultando a utilização da chave da porta de acesso ao quarto; (vi) falta de controle nos pedidos de comidas e bebidas sem cobrados no checkout consumo inexistente;
