The worst front desk service I have ever experienced, I would strongly advise people not to use this hotel.
When I arrived early in the morning for an early check in I was told that my booking didn't include breakfast, then, searching my papers I noticed that my booking had been split in two, a one-day-stay (without breakfast) followed by a three-day-stay (breakfast included).
I mentioned to the front desk clerk that it was a mistake, and that ebookers would solve it, but she just didn't let me and my family have the breakfast anyway, if we did, we would have to pay extra, as simple as that, no further talk.
I had to get in touch with ebookers in the UK, certainly not in time for breakfast anymore, and they solved the problem giving me an extra bonus for the expense, but the hotel staff showed not empathy at all.
On the last day, I needed a late check out, which is available at the hotel. Again, the staff was completely unhelpful, they just told me it was not possible, and that there were no rooms available.
I had to go online again, access ebookers, and voila, there were plenty of rooms available, so I had to book an extra night not to be left on the street with my family.
In short, the front desk clerk staff was the worst I have ever seen anywhere in the world.
If you can choose, choose not to stay at this hotel.
