Let me start by saying that I hate Las Vegas and only go there if I have to. There's too many people, everything is ridiculously expensive, and it's all about excess. Too much money, too much drinking, too much gluttony. If you're going there on vacation, seriously think about going some place else.
That being said, the Sahara is a nice hotel. It was quieter than the hotels on the other end of the strip and everything was clean. Beware of the Vegas welcome gift-- a hefty resort fee on top of your room fee. If you're looking for good food, you'll have to go elsewhere else. We ordered an omelet with a side of fruit and the berries were moldy and food was mediocre at best. Otherwise, the stay was ok but nothing exciting going on here.
Hopefully, you can find a better city destination!
