Definitely wasn’t worth the money. I paid $115 a night for a tiny room with 1 bed. Did not look how the pictures looked on the website. The rooms did not have a fridge or microwave so I had to pay extra money on food. Overall all disappointed and won’t be coming to this again.

Ice machine was broken, and window shade did not come all the way across to block the sun in the morning. Otherwise it was good.

When I brought an issue to the manager's attention about my room being smokey they told me they was all booked and they did not even try to discount my room or compensate me in any way as a potential returning customer.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Four Points Sheraton in Orlando International Drive. I really want to give a complement to Jordan at the front desk who really made me feel comfortable at the hotel and made me feel welcomed. He demonstrates what I feel as a true professional and person who should be a part of the Sheraton staff for a long time. If possibly I believe he deserves a raise due to the professionalism and the friendliness he displayed towards me during my stay.

I stayed here because my niece was staying at this hotel. - when I arrived the room smelled of mildew I lowered the ac and put everything away and met with my niece and family and went to Disney got back the tv didn’t work which is the same thing my niece complained of also the walls are paper thin you can here people talking in the next room - I called and they said they would change rooms but my wife was already sleeping - I told management about issues when they asked and all they said was sorry - I would defiantly not stay at this hotel again-the room wasn’t ready and staff seemed as this was a normal issue .plenty of hotels that are nice in Orlando and are cheaper priced.
