Welcoming and friendly staff made the visit great
We arrived to check in around 4 pm and while standing in line were greeted by the concierge. He was very friendly, upbeat and helpful. We were checked in by Ivy who was fantastic and so helpful. The room was fine, just what you would expect. Comfortable bed. Room service was quick and prompt. Easy walking distance to restaurants. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was great. ALL of the staff at every level greeted us. Each and every person working at the hotel, the concierge, restaurant staff, they were all amazingly kind and helpful. We really appreciated that as it made us feel welcome and happy to return there for our next visit.
