Awful
Was put into one room then received knock at door from front desk receptionist stating she made a mistake and gave us a room that is supposed to be blocked. She stated she would move us to their best room with no additional charge for the inconvenience, had to relocate family and items to another floor, opened the door to the new room and room was muggy and hot no air on, windows were full of smudge marks and cockroaches were everyone coming from the toilet and running around the floor. Went to let her know we would not stay there and asked for refund she stated nothing she could do since booked through third party. She followed me outside to tell me if I call the hotel com before 3 am that if they call her she will approve of the refund because of what happened. Immediately got on the line with hotel.com customer service, rep had me on hold while trying to call hotel multiple times and stated he would continue trying and give me a status update, got response that the hotel line would not ring to the front desk so they wouldn't be able to refund until talking to someone. Called hotel customer service who filed a formal complaint as well. Still awaiting a call to discuss refund. This trip was for a family funeral and having a 2 year old where we had to relocate at 2-3 in the morning was a safety and inconvenience on a whole other level. So disgusted.
