It was a place to sleep.
The 2nd office employee we encountered was awesome. The room was a bit run down. The king mattress was on a smaller box spring so the mattress hung off the end and one side. There was hairs(not ours) all over the AC and the sheets and blankets. Breakfast was a bit lackluster. Juices were out early and not refilled. Eggs were lacking much flavor. Buiscuits and gravy were not very flavorful either.

This is a great location for using public transportation to get to JPL. The hotel is at Del Mar Station on the Metro A line, a straight shot from Union Station. The JPL shuttle bus runs from the park on the other side of the station. Plus there are dining options in the area.

True gem! Recently relocated to Pasadena and needed a place for a week and just didn't want the chaos of a mainstream hotel, absolutely no complaints with this INN. The check-in process was a breeze, everyone was super friendly at the front desk. Housekeeping and the rooms were spotless. Even breakfast in the AM they get you right before your day! Super walkable in a safe area. Whole Foods is right across the street and you can't get any better than that. Thank you Green Tree and its staff for making my move to Pasadena a warm Welcome!

Outlet for the hair dryer did not work, thermostat was broken, bathroom sink was leaking, ants in the bathroom, found one in my bed, room two doors down had the door wide open over night and staff never picked up the phone when calling.
