I went there for night stay the receptionist was taking too long to check people in so I decided to book only with hotel.com as I've used them multiple times before. With the rush I booked for the wrong night they couldn't change the date for me nor refund my money. I ended up booking double as we needed the room for the same night as we were there and it's like 11pm. With all that we have to stay for less than an hour as the room doesn't meet our expectations. There's smoking all over the hotel even when it say it's. Non smoking. Very bad experience.

No refrigerator so we left our food outside (since it was 6 degrees out) and our food was taken before 9AM. We were a corner room as well where we could have easily set "trash" within the trashcan 3feet from our room door. We lost at least $30 worth of food.

When I checked in for some reason Expedia had me for an accessible room, Which I did not select when I made my reservation. When I got there at 9:00 I was told there was no accessible room for me available. Can you imagine if I needed one and they had given it away. I tried to ell the check in person, but he was too busy on his phone to listen.
Then he have me two beds in a room. Then he told me my card was declined, which I knew it was not possible. He said it was a third party card. I asked him if he ran the card I gave him he said he couldn't. Then he figured it out.
A little later I tried the TV. Almost zero channels. Went back to the front desk, he was annoyed I took him away from his call. When I asked about channels he looked at me like I asked for a spa. Then said they get 2 or3 channels.. The next day I found the other channels.
.On the plus side teh shower was really nice and teh frig kept food cold.

Room did not provide neither mini fridge nor microwave even tho it shows one in the pictures. I asked the receptionist if he was able to heat up my food at least in which he responded I should of booked with Hometowne even tho Red Roof owns Hometowne too. I also only had one channel on my TV which was Fox News.
